Shift Operator Position Opening at the Wast Water Treatment Plant – Applications will be accepted by hand delivery at the Waste Water Treatment Plant (615 Pleasant Valley Blvd. Bellefonte, PA 16823), the hours are 8 AM to 3:30 PM.
