Bellefonte Borough residents a new refuse truck was put in operation 11/15/2010, due to the change please have your trash out the night before after 6pm, due to changes the refuse crew will not be collecting garbage that is not out when the truck goes by.

Effective January 1, 2013- due to DEP regulations- the refuse crew will no longer be collecting electronics.
