Bellefonte Borough is seeking volunteers interested in plowing snow (with a small 4-wheeler) or utilizing their snow blower to help maintain the figure-eight walking path in Talleyrand Park in addition to clearing the sidewalk along the Waterfront during snow events. This would be totally on a volunteer basis with no time constraints. Anyone interested may contact either Ralph Stewart or Don Holderman at the Borough.
