NOTICE UNDER THE AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT

The Borough of Bellefonte, Pennsylvania commits to not discriminate
against individuals with disabilities.

Effective Communication: Do you need an accommodation to
participate in the activities of the Borough of Bellefonte? For example, do
you need an interpreter at council meetings? If so, the Borough will provide
appropriate aids and services to effectively communicate with individuals
with speech, hearing, or vision impairments. They may include qualified
sign language interpreters, documents in alternate requested formats,
assistive listening devices, and other ways of making information and
communications accessible.

Modification to Policies and Procedures: Upon request, the Borough
will accommodate people with disabilities to ensure they have an equal
opportunity to enjoy all Borough programs, services, and activities. For
