BIG SPRING COVER REPLACEMENT
The Bellefonte Borough Authority (BBA) seeks proposals for providing and installing a new geosynthetic floating cover system for its Big Spring drinking water source. This information will be used as a guide in the preparation of any subsequent contract that may be executed to furnish and install a geosynthetic floating cover for the BBA’s Big Spring.
Proposals must be received by the Bellefonte Borough Authority be 11 AM on June 24, 2026. Proposals may be submitted as an electronic file (PDF) emailed to Alyssa Doherty at adoherty@bellefontepa.gov [1] or hard copy delivered to the Bellefonte Borough Office, 301 N Spring Street, Suite 200, Bellefonte, PA 16823. Electronic copies should include the RFP number as the subject line.
Questions concerning this RFP must be submitted in writing and emailed to Matt Auman at mauman@bellefontepa.gov [2] by 5 PM on June 16, 2026. Responses to all questions will be posted to the Authority’s website by 3 PM on June 19, 2026.
