The Nittany Valley Joint Planning Commission (NVJPC) meets every other month on the third Thursday at 6:00 p.m. The meetings are hosted on a rotating basis by each Borough or Township. The meeting schedule for 2023 is as follows:

| September 21th | Walker Township (816 Nittany Valley Drive, Bellefonte) |
| November 16th | Bellefonte Borough (236 W. Lamb Street, Bellefonte) |
Bellefonte Borough representatives consist of one Council member a member of the Bellefonte Planning Commission. Those two people are currently Doug Johnson (Council Vice President) and David Lomison (Bellefonte Planning Commission Member).
