Sealed bids will be received by David Pribulka, Interim Borough Manager, at the address above. The type of bid must be indicated on the outside of the envelope. Bids must be received by 4:00 PM EST, Friday, March 13, 2026.
Specifications, bid forms, and related information are available from the Bellefonte Borough Administrative Office. Call (814) 355-1501 to request materials.
Bids will be publicly opened during the Monday, March 16, 2026 Borough Council meeting at 7:30 PM in Council Chambers, 301 North Spring Street. Bids will be opened under the agenda item “New Business.”
A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, at 10:00 AM in Council Chambers.
The Bellefonte Borough Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any technicality or formality.
