Are you interested in opening a business or buying a commercial building in Downtown Bellefonte?

2. Apply for a Business Zoning Permit
3. Contact Centre Region Code for any change of use modifications
4. Obtain a Fire Safety License from Centre Region Code 
   It is the business owner’s responsibility to contact Centre Region Code before opening. 
5. Contact HARB before any external renovations, including signs and painting.
