Nuisance Code
The Nuisance code is part of Bellefonte’s Building Safety and Property Maintenance Code and is administered by the Borough. This portion of the ordinance applies to vegetative growth, right-of-way encroachments, unlicensed vehicles, sidewalk obstructions (such as snow and ice or overhanging tree branches), materials placed on the property that could attract rodents or other forms of infestation, etc.

Feral Cats in the Borough
