Centre County Metropolitan Planning Organization (CCMPO)

The CCMPO is responsible for long-range transportation planning and for allocating federal and state funds for roadway, bridge, and public transit projects in Centre County. The CCMPO Technical and Coordinating Committees each include one member who represents the Nittany Valley Planning Region. The representatives for 2026 are:

Coordinating Committee Representative– Doug Johnson (Bellefonte Borough Council President)

Technical Representative– Gina Thompson (HARB, Zoning & Planning Administrator)
